NANIWA works to keep the information provided by customers accurate and updated and to take appropriate actions to prevent it from being illegally accessed, interpolated or leaked.
6. Compliance with Outsource Agreement
NANIWA makes appropriate management for the personal information and confidential corporate information provided by customers and uses it only within the scope of usage purposes.
7. Supervising Outsourcing Company
There are the cases where NANIWA outsources handling of the personal information and confidential corporate information provided by customers to the third party within the scope of usage purposes. NANIWA appoints the companies whose personal information security management level is confirmed and appropriately monitor them through making agreement.
8. Request of Information Disclosure
NANIWA, by respecting the law, appropriately and immediately deals with the requests of information which are self-claimed, such as disclosure, correction and deletion of personal information. Please contact the following number.

9. Inquiries and Complaints
NANIWA puts structure in place to immediately and appropriately respond to self-claimed inquiries and complaints, regarding personal information we handle.
10. Continuous Improvement on Administrative Structure
NANIWA sets up “Personal Information Protection Committee” to appropriately deal with personal information. We also aim to continuously reinforce and improve our structure, including amendment of this policy, in order to protect personal information through streamlining company rule, training employees and executing proper internal audit by an audit committee
